Plan to do the Transformation during a 1- day period when you can get a good night's rest every night.

DO eliminate temptations - remove unhealthy, processed foods (or at least put out of sight).

FLEX FOODS and DRINKS during the 10-Day Celebrity Transformation
Please note that the flex foods were specifically chosen based upon different properties each food has. It is to your benefit to adhere to this list as much as possible and to not try to add in you own flex foods. The chosen flex foods are very alkaline and contain nutrients to help you feel satisfied and full of energy.
10-DAY TRANSFORMATION DO's and DON'Ts

Plan to do only light exercise so your body is not confused by you reducing calories and burning extra calories - try yoga, brisk walking, and.or rebounding on a trampoline as suggested by Naturopath, Michael Wohlfeld.
